Strategy & Planning: Develop, implement, and manage a long-term social media strategy aligned with our business goals.
Content Creation & Management: Plan, create, curate, and publish engaging, on-brand content (text, images, videos, and stories) across all relevant social media platforms, including [List specific platforms relevant to Bhoogis, e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest].
Community Engagement: Actively monitor, listen, and engage with our online community. Respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and foster a positive, interactive environment.
Campaign Management: Conceive, launch, and manage social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, impressions, conversions). Use data and insights to refine and optimize future strategies.
Trend & Competitor Analysis: Stay current with emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices. Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and other internal teams to ensure brand consistency and support broader company initiatives.
Influencer & Partnership Outreach: Identify and build relationships with influencers and brand partners to expand our reach and credibility.
Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or a similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their respective algorithms, and best practices.
Excellent copywriting and verbal communication skills with a clear and distinct brand voice.
A creative and strategic mindset with a passion for storytelling and building communities.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data from social media analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote environment.
Proficiency in social media management and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.
