Social Media Manager

Position Overview

Bhoogis is seeking a passionate and experienced Social Media Manager to join our fully remote team. As our brand's voice in the digital world, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and build a strong, loyal online community.The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller, a strategic thinker, and a master of all things social media. You must be up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices, have a keen eye for compelling content, and possess strong analytical skills to measure and optimize your efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop, implement, and manage a long-term social media strategy aligned with our business goals.

  • Content Creation & Management: Plan, create, curate, and publish engaging, on-brand content (text, images, videos, and stories) across all relevant social media platforms, including [List specific platforms relevant to Bhoogis, e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest].

  • Community Engagement: Actively monitor, listen, and engage with our online community. Respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and foster a positive, interactive environment.

  • Campaign Management: Conceive, launch, and manage social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, impressions, conversions). Use data and insights to refine and optimize future strategies.

  • Trend & Competitor Analysis: Stay current with emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices. Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and other internal teams to ensure brand consistency and support broader company initiatives.

  • Influencer & Partnership Outreach: Identify and build relationships with influencers and brand partners to expand our reach and credibility.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or a similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.

  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their respective algorithms, and best practices.

  • Excellent copywriting and verbal communication skills with a clear and distinct brand voice.

  • A creative and strategic mindset with a passion for storytelling and building communities.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data from social media analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote environment.

  • Proficiency in social media management and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).

  • Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.
